If you are playing a game of darts at home, you may of course, wear anything you feel like, but you shouldn’t wear something that will restrict your throwing movement. If you are playing in an organized league or a competitive tournament you should check to see if there are any dress codes since many organized games do have them. Many dress codes forbid blue jeans and various other articles of clothing such as headgear and sweatbands. You should also never play darts without shoes, as it can be dangerous. Darts can easily penetrate your skin causing it to become infected.
