Make sure your clothing doesn’t restrict your movement though and it’s always a good idea to dress for the weather conditions. It’s important to keep your hands and head warm in cool weather, so don’t forget gloves and a hat. During hot weather you should protect your head and other parts of your body from the sun, so if you are wearing shorts, skirts or t-shirts, make sure you use sunscreen. Hats, visors and sunglasses are also recommended to keep the sun out of your eyes. If you are playing in a tournament you may want to check on any dress codes.
