Lacrosse is played both outdoor and indoor and on different surfaces, such as natural grass, concrete and artificial grass. Make sure your shoes offer you the proper traction and stability needed for the surface you play on. There is a great deal of running, twisting and turning along with sudden starts and stops during a lacrosse game, so make sure your shoes support your feet properly and give them the flexibility they need. The shoes should also be water resistant and adequately padded and cushioned, but also lightweight. Shoes come in various materials, styles, colors and sizes. Make sure they fit you properly, keep you cool or warm and dry and are comfortable to prevent swelling and blisters.
