For an informal and fun game of lawn bowling, feel free to wear anything that suits you, as long as it doesn't restrict your arm movement and is suitable for the weather conditions. Men may wear shirts, sweaters, jackets, shorts and pants and women may wear the same, with the addition of skirts. If it is sunny out you may want to wear a hat or visor to keep from burning or to keep the sun out of your eyes. Sunglasses are also a good call. Variations of the game are played indoor, so when playing inside dress appropriately too. Many lawn bowlers traditionally wear white, but if you belong to a club it's a good idea to check out any possible dress code before buying your outfit.
