Many motorcycle racers prefer to wear one or two piece protective suits while competing. These suits are built for comfort and protection. They should have padding in the knees, elbows and shoulders as well as in the back. It’s a good idea to wear a suit that also offers padding in the biceps, tailbone, kidneys and ribs. Make sure the suit fits properly and doesn’t restrict your movement. It should be well ventilated and water resistant to keep you dry at all times and should be designed to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the colder weather. Suits come in various colors, designs, sizes and materials.
