As with most sports that involve balls and objects to propel them with it's a good idea to protect your eyes. The best way to do this in polo is to wear a pair of protective goggles. The goggles should have lenses that are anti-fog and are scratch resistant and shatter proof. They should be lightweight and ventilated to keep you cool. Make sure the goggles have an adjustable headband and fit you properly, so they don't move around on your face while you are playing. Some models now come with colored lenses. Goggles are available in various sizes.
