An official Racquetball is blue, 2 1/4 inches in diameter and weighs approximately 1.4 ounces. However, there are other size and weight balls available to play with. The balls are hollow and are generally made of two rubber halves molded together with air inside of them. Make sure the ball canister is sealed and pressurized when you buy it. The official specifications for the ball’s weight, bounce and size should be written on the side of the canister. Racquetballs can break, so make sure you take a good supply of them to your game. Racquetballs come in various materials and sizes.
