You’re definitely going to need an equipment bag for your boots, clothing and other gear if you are competing in a rodeo. Many competitors use leather bags in a rodeo, but a general sports equipment bag will also do. Make sure the equipment bag is lightweight, but strong and durable enough to handle the weight of your gear. It should have shoulder straps or handles for easy carrying. A waterproof bag will serve you best and it should have separate compartments or pockets on the inside or outside to store your personal items, boots and wet or dirty clothing. Make sure the bag is well ventilated and breathable to allow your clothes to dry quicker and to keep the bag from becoming damp and musty.
