All About Shooting Ammunition

You must make sure you use only the correct ammunition for your firearm. So read all warnings in the gun's instruction manual and on all ammunition boxes. The wrong ammunition could ruin a gun and possibly cause serious injury. It only takes one cartridge of the wrong caliber or gauge bullet to damage your gun but only takes a couple of seconds to check each cartridge as you load it. Be certain the ammunition you use is designed for the specifications of your gun. If your ammunition gets wet or has been in the water you should discard it safely. Don’t spray oil or any solvents on ammunition or place it in excessively lubricated firearms as it could lead to damage or injury. You should never use damaged or substandard ammunition in your gun either. Ammunition comes in various styles and sizes.
