If your skydiving helmet doesn’t have a face shield attached to it, you will need a pair of lightweight goggles to protect your eyes from the wind, dust, debris etc. Make sure the goggles have anti-fog lenses and that you can see well on each side. The lenses should also be scratch resistant and shatterproof. Goggles need to be adjustable to fit you properly, so they don’t shift around on your head while diving and the goggles should be cushioned against your face for comfort. If you wear glasses make sure the goggles fit properly over top of them. Goggles come in various sizes, styles colors and materials.
