All About Squash Clothing

Squash is a very active game and if you play it well you are going to sweat. If you are playing for fun or recreation, feel free to wear whatever is comfortable. If you are playing competitively you should see if there is a dress code in effect. Most squash players will wear shorts and a t-shirt when playing, along with socks and shoes. You may want to wear headbands and sweatbands to keep you cool. Make sure your clothes are lightweight and don’t restrict your movement in any way. They should also be ventilated and breathable to keep you cool and dry while playing. Clothing comes in various styles, materials, colors and sizes.
