Surfers use bags for their gear and for their surfboards. A good board bag should be well padded inside to protect the board and it should be flexible and easy to open. The bag should be lightweight, but strong and durable and be water resistant or quick drying. The bag should also have good handles or padded shoulder straps for easy carrying. An outer pocket or compartment for your wet suit is a good idea. Bags that hold more than one board are also available. If your board bag doesn't hold your clothing you should also get a lightweight, water resistant bag for your suit, clothing, personal items and other accessories. Bags come in various materials, styles and colors.
