Table tennis robots are often called ball machines or launchers and can help you improve reaction time, hand eye coordination, quickness and agility for all sports, as well as letting you play by yourself. Robots can serve balls from various angles and speeds, with some of them serving up to 75 miles per hour. They usually serve between 10 and 95 balls per minute and can hold up to 250 balls before running out, but some models run continuously. You can also control the type of shots sent to you, plus the type of spin on the ball. Most robots operate by remote control, so you don't have to stop play while changing settings.
