Eye goggles aren’t allowed to be worn during competitive Waterpolo but you should always wear them in practice or when you are playing recreational polo to protect your eyes from the ball, water, and possible physical contact. Make sure the goggles have an adjustable strap so they fit properly and don’t move about or fall off of your head while playing. Your goggles need to fit snugly against your face so water can’t get in them. You should get a pair of goggles that have anti fog lenses that are also scratch resistant and shatterproof. Goggles come in various sizes, styles, colors and materials.
