All About Weightlifting Gloves

If you’ve ever lifted a heavy barbell, or anything heavy for that matter, you know it can be uncomfortable on your hands. A pair of gloves is a good idea if you want to cushion some of the irritation on your hands. The gloves should be lightweight, durable, strong and flexible. Gloves should have some form of padding in the palms and should be well ventilated, for breathability, to keep your hands dry and cool at all times.
