The singlets should fit tight to your body, so your opponent can’t grab onto it. Make sure your singlet fits you properly and that it is lightweight. It should also be well ventilated and breathable as you need to stay cool and dry while wrestling, so make sure it doesn’t hold in any water. The singlet needs to be durable and strong, especially at the seams. Singlets are available in various colors, designs, materials and sizes.
